All authors who publish with the Journal of Environmental and Occupational Health Safety (jeohsafety) retain their copyright for their work, and they grant the jeohsafety the right of first publication. By submitting their work to the jeohsafety, authors agree to the following terms:

  • Copyright: The authors grant the Journal of Environmental and Occupational Health Safety an exclusive license to distribute and publish their work under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-SA 4.0). Under this license, others may remix, adapt, and build upon the work even for commercial purposes, as long as they credit the authors and license their new creations under the identical terms.

  • First Publication Rights: The Journal of Environmental and Occupational Health Safety shall hold the rights for first publication of all submitted manuscripts.
